Dr. Hayley VanBeek has a passion for women's health and helping active women and athletes with pelvic floor issues. She was born and raised in Zeeland, Michigan, where she received physical therapy after a foot surgery in high school that ironically sparked her interest in pursuing PT as her profession. She received her B.S. in Health Science from Oakland University where she also competed in the Heptathlon and Pentathlon for the Women’s Track and Field Team. She returned home to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Grand Valley State University. Here she discovered her passion for pelvic health physical therapy and the overwhelming need for clinicians, education and advocacy within this specialty area. Hayley has experience treating patients with pelvic floor conditions including bladder, bowel, sexual and pelvic pain concerns, and is currently pursuing an advanced post-doctoral certification through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She additionally has experience in outpatient orthopedics treating patients across the lifespan with a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions.

She enjoys working with people who desire to overcome pelvic floor dysfunction as well as orthopedic and sports injuries in order to achieve their goals and return to an active lifestyle.

In her spare time, Hayley enjoys hiking with her husband Zac and dog Maya, running, skiing, practicing Pilates, traveling, playing cards, watching movies, and boating in the summertime.

Mary Jo Kleyn has 13 years of experience as a gymnastics coach/teacher and 7 years of experience as a physical therapy assistant in an outpatient setting where she excelled at soft tissue work and helping athletes and active adults recover from injury. She is in the process of finishing up training to also become a licensed massage therapist. Mary Jo loves exercising, reading, outdoor activities, traveling and spending time with her family.
