Life Well Dunn Podcast - Concussions, Movement, & Return to Play

December 27, 2018

Recently I was featured on the Life Well Dunn podcast with my good friend from college, Brian Dunn!

Brian and I discuss the importance of diagnosing and treating concussions appropriately. A lot of people do not realize that physical therapists can diagnose and treat concussions which is extremely important in today's athletes.

We also talk about the importance of proper movement and corrective exercises to not only treat pain and dysfunction but also to improve performance.  Not only that but we dive into dynamic vs. static stretching and warm ups and which is more important.

Be sure to subscribe to Brian Dunn's podcast on iTunes and YouTube at Life Well Dunn! You can also find him on Facebook and Instagram at lifewelldunn..
