If you have been having back pain for more than 2 weeks then you need to seek professional help because it is likely not just going to go away on it's own. It's what I preach to all my patients. And it can be harder to treat the longer you wait to do something about it.
As I'm typing this I have not had any back pain in the past week and was even able to get back into CrossFit and compete in my first CrossFit competition yesterday!
